My mail tells me that spring is coming eventually.

Lookie what came in yesterday's mail!  No, this isn't all I will be planting.  I still have some seeds left over from last year.  Also, my cousin and I are splitting the 1/2 pound of green bean seeds.  It was just cheaper for us to buy them in bulk!

I really wanna start a garden here in the new pad! For veggies: early sun? late? Full sun? shade? I'm so lost!! :(

Heidi,

Your different veggies will tell you their different wants. Tomatoes? They want hot and sun. Mine grow in the herb garden along my driveway. They get southern exposure and since they are essentially in a tunnel between my house and the neighbor's garage, they do very well. Lettuce? I've not had a whole lot of success, but they like cooler temperatures. Start little with just a few things. Built up over the next few years. If you garden everything you were hoping for in the first year, I fear that you might become overwhelmed.

I'm DYING to get out and garden. Dratted weather. I need to order my tomato and cuke seeds. Gotta go through the catty with the girls and get to it. It's a little late to start, but better late than never...
