Works for Me Wednesday: Glove Box Extras

When we got the new truck, I swore to my husband that I would keep it clean. I've done a pretty good job. Wanna know my secret? I've kept a the soft pack package of Windex Window Wipes and a lint roller in my upper glove box. (My truck has two glove boxes and a split top console. Weird, I know.) When I'm waiting for someone, I can pull out a wipe and get the dashboard, windows, steering wheel and in all the little letter holes for the shifter. As a bonus, they are nice to have in your car in case your pop explodes on you, not that I know what that is like. The lint roller? Nice to quickly get rid of crumbs on your seats. A quick clean while you wait! It works for me!

Good idea. I also like to keep a microfiber clother in my center console. I use that to wipe down the windows, console and so forth.

I've done the same thing with the wipes. Never thought of the lint roller, though. Thanks! :o)

Great idea! I usually end up grabbing a baby wipe out of the diaper bag for quick wipe-downs, but it makes much more sense to be prepared with the right gear!

The lint roller idea is genius! Somehow, my car is always getting crumbs, and I hate just brushing them off onto the floor!

I love my lint roller. I actually have two of them in the car. We use them constantly. I never through about keeping wipes in the car, what a great idea. I'm loving visiting the blogs from Bloggy Carnival and actually having time to read and comment on the many blogs out there.

Great ideas. Lint rollers are $1.00 in the Target bargain bins.
